Tere tule­mast Kööki!

Growing up very closely with my family I inherited their passion for food. For mee food is something you need to enjoy with your family and close friends, even more so when you are cooking together.

When creating dishes, I use my knowledge that I got from working in the kitchens of the best restaurant of Tallinn, and the inspirations I got from my childhood, and travels around the world. Very often I can get inspired by the color of leaves on trees, or the smell of fresh bread coming out of my grandmother’s oven. For me, cooking is a journey, a journey that only I have experienced, and now I am able to share that journey with you, in the dishes that we can cook together, as every dish has its own story and background.

Let us cook together, and allow me to take you to a journey, and share my culinary philosophy with you.

Salted Salmon with Grilled Cucumber, Broad Beans, Wasabi Cream and Cucumber Ketchup

TEINE KÄIK:
Beetroot Tartare with Pumpkin and Ginger Puree, Kumquats, Blue Cheese and Walnuts

PEAROOG:
Fillet of beef, Hasselback Potatoes, Roasted White Onions, Smoked Smetana and Beef Sauce

MAGUSTOIT:
Meringue with Stracciatella Cream, Seabuckthorn and Roasted White Chocolate

Chocolate Brownie with Cherries and Vanilla Ice Cream

Kõi­kide menüüde hin­nad on ühe küla­lise kohta (koos KM-ga):

3-käiguline koka­koo­l-lõunasöögina 60 eur (ürit­use lõpuaeg enne kl 16:30)
4-käiguline kokakool-õhtusöögina 80 eur
(soodushind 80 eur alates 16 in selt­skonna puhul, kui tel­li­takse juurde ka kõr­valpro­gramm)

4-käiguline Chef´s Table õhtu­söö­gina 60 eur
3-käiguline Chef´s Table lõu­na­söögina 45 eur (ürit­use lõpuaeg enne kl 16:30)

  • Chef’s Table õhtu- või lõunasöögile eelneb 30 minutiline toidu val­mis­ta­mise pre­sen­tat­sioon koka poolt, millest saab osa võtta kuni 2 külal­ist. Presentatsioonile järgneb õhtu– või lõunasöök.

Hin­nad sisal­davad ka ter­vi­tus­jooki, suupis­teid saabu­misel, vett, kohvi, teed ja ruumide renti kuni 5 tunniks.

Hin­da­dele lisan­du­vad kok­ka­mise ajal ja menüü juurde joo­da­vad veinid, muu alko­hol ning karastusjoogid.
