Possible to have a HERB COURSE as a part of an entertainment next to Chef’s Table dinner (will be held before the dessert for around 30minutes). It is a fun competative game between groups where a team has to guess 15 different herbs, followed by an explanation by the chef about where and when to use a particular herb.
