I was 15 years of age when I first par­tic­i­pated in a cook­ing course in Tartu under the guid­ance of the head chef of restau­rant “Tar­vas”. Since then, I have con­tin­ued to improve my skills by learn­ing the secrets of gas­tron­omy from the best in the field. In Muhu Ostrich Farm, hosted by my par­ents, I have opened Sum­mer Cafe and a year-round cater­ing operation.

About 15 years ago I became acquainted with hunt­ing and a pas­sion for it was awak­ened. This required quick learn­ing on how to con­vert game to tasty gourmet din­ners. Ostrich meat was added to the menu soon after my par­ents started their farm. In my opin­ion, veni­son and ostrich meat are the most valu­able, clean­est and health­i­est of all meats. My pref­er­ence in raw mate­ri­als belongs to every­thing that grows nat­u­rally and in the gar­den — despite extra dif­fi­culty in obtain­ing the results are worth the trou­ble. Although I fol­low many “golden rules” in cook­ing, cre­ativ­ity remains an impor­tant part of my approach

All menus are priced per person including VAT (groups starting from 8 people):

3-course cooking class-lunch 75 eur (event until 16:30)
3-course cooking class-dinner 95 eur
(Group from 16 people and more -cooking class-dinner price 80eur if you’re also taking side-course)

Price inc­lu­des welco­ming drink, snacks on arrival, water, cof­fee, tea and room hire for 5 hours.

Chef´s Table din­ner 70 eur
Chef´s Table lunch 50 eur (event until 16:30)
(30 minute coo­king pre­sen­ta­tion from the chef & lunch/din­ner).
Price inc­lu­des welco­ming drink, water, cof­fee, tea and room hire for 5 hours.

It is pos­si­ble to order pri­vate din­ners and cook­ing classes for groups of less than 8 peo­ple con­sid­er­ing the min­i­mum bud­get for a pri­vate event is 350 eur for groups end­ing before 16:30, and 550 eur (in Novem­ber and Decem­ber 800 eur) for groups com­menc­ing after 17:00.

The prices do not inc­lude wines, other alcohol and soft drinks.
