<p>Tim teeb nii:</p>
<p>Kitsejuustu kook rosmariiniga.</p>
<p>400g pehmet kitsejuustu<br />
1 muna, 3 munakollast<br />
50g suhkrut<br />
1tl vanilliekstrakti<br />
1 sidruni koor ja mahl<br />
400ml vahustatud vahukoort<br />
2tl oliiviõli<br />
8 oksakest rosmariini<br />
leotatud rosinaid<br />
50ml Pastis’i (aniisi aperatiivi)</p>
<p>Pudista juust kaussi ja lisa munad, suhkur, vanill ja sidrun. Sega korralikult. Lisa vahukoor ja rosinad. Määri rosmariini oksad oliivi õliga.<br />
Asta koogisegu koogivormi, torka rosmariini oksakesed segusse ning aseta valmiv kook ahju.<br />
Küpseta 160 kraadi juures 20min.</p>

<p><strong>Just a bottle of classical lager isn&#8217;t cutting it for many people anymore. Beer drinkers have become explorers of the different varieties of craft beer and are looking for much more interesting flavours. Even the &#8220;No, thanks, I don&#8217;t drink beer&#8221; kind of people are starting to change their minds.</strong></p>
<p>There&#8217;s always something interesting to learn about beer and our friend Marius is the guy who knows a lot plus he loves talking about it. So we invite you over to Köök for a beer tasting with him. <strong>It&#8217;s a perfect addition to a cooking class!</strong></p>

<p><strong>Who is the beer course for?</strong></p>
<p>The beer course is for anyone who want&#8217;s to educate him/herself about beer, beginners and experts alike. No one knows everything and there is always something interesting to learn about beer.</p>
<p><strong>What&#8217;s the course like?</strong></p>
<p>The main idea behind this beer course is to make people understand how versatile and complex drink beer is and it is not that fizzy watery mass produced beverage that you consume with your mates just because it is a common habit.</p>
<p>Through 1,5 hours we talk about history of beer, ingredients, brewing process, we try 6 different beers, and focus on beer styles and classification.</p>
<p><strong>What kind of beers will be tasted?</strong></p>
<p>I have chosen for this beer course 6 beers that are totally different to each other and they all have interesting background or have been somehow &#8220;game changers&#8221; of the beer world. The list of beers as follows:</p>

<li>Muddis Saison</li>
<li>Sierra Nevada Pale Ale</li>

<p>250g täistera jahu<br />
250g nisujahu<br />
400ml petti/keefirit<br />
1 tl soodat<br />
1 muna<br />
1 tl mett<br />
1 peotäis hakitud karulauku<br />
1tl soola</p>
<p>Sega kausis jahu, sooda, karulauk ja sool.<br />
Seejärel lisa pett, muna ja mesi ning sega segu ühtalseks massiks.<br />
Kui segu on liiga vedel, lisa jahu. Vastupidisel korral lisa petti.<br />
Sõtku tainas läbi, vormi see mõnusaks pätsiks ning aseta ahjuplaadile.<br />
Tee leivale ristikujuline sisselõige ning puista peale jahu.<br />
Küpseta eelsoojendatud 180 kraadides ahjus 25-30min.<br />
Valmiduse testimiseks pööra leib kummuli ning koputa põhjale &#8211; kui see vastu kumiseb, on leib valmis.</p>
