FIRST COURSE:
Kale and spinach soup, poached egg

SECOND COURSE:
Fried squid with sweetcorn, chilli and lime

MAIN COURSE:
Pork saltimbocca, pumpkin puree, Turkish beans, fondant potato, brown butter

DESSERT:
Classic lemon posset, vanilla shortbread

FIRST COURSE:
Roast butternut squash risotto, crispy sage

SECOND COURSE:
Trout tartare, anchovy mayo, watercress

MAIN DISH
Braised rabbit, cider, rosemary cream, creamy polenta

DESSERT:
Orange and apricot cake, vanilla ice cream

Cooking class

For bigger groups we can split the group in two and while one group is cooking the other can participate in side-course such as wine, craft gin, craft beer, cocktail or teacourse.

4-course cooking class-dinner 99 eur

3-course cooking class-lunch 75 eur (event until 16:30)

(Groups from 16 people and more -cooking class-dinner price 85eur if you’re also taking side-course)

Price inc­lu­des welco­ming drink, snacks on arrival, water, cof­fee, tea and room hire for 5 hours.

The prices do not inc­lude wines, other alcohol and soft drinks.

Chef’s Table

4-course Chef´s Table din­ner 79 eur

3-course Chef´s Table lunch 59 eur (event until 16:30)

(30 minute coo­king pre­sen­ta­tion from the chef & lunch/din­ner where two people can help the chef).

Price inc­lu­des welco­ming drink, water, cof­fee, tea and room hire for 5 hours.

It is pos­si­ble to order pri­vate din­ners and cook­ing classes for small groups con­sid­er­ing the min­i­mum bud­get for a pri­vate event is 450 eur for groups end­ing before 16:30, and 600 eur (in Decem­ber 1000 eur) for groups com­menc­ing after 17:00.

The prices do not inc­lude wines, other alcohol and soft drinks.
