Welcome to Köök!

I started cooking when I was 10 years old. Since then, my passion was growing year by year.

Over 12 years I was cooking, managing, developing young chefs for an Italian celebrity chef Antonio Carluccios across UK. I was working several years in London as development chef for Paramount group (Caffe uno, Bertorelli, Chez Gerard, Brasserie Gerard) and also Loch Fyne (seafood restaurants) in Covent Garden & liverpool street.

I am very passionate about Italian, French and European cuisine. For me every food product can be converted into an amazing dish and thats what I love about cooking and what I wish to teach you.

FIRST COURSE:
Flamed tiger prawns, garlic, chilli, homemade focaccia bread

SECOND COURSE: 
Raviolo al Uovo – ravioli with spinach, truffle butter and egg yolk

MAIN COURSE: 
Veal saltimbocca, fried baby potatoes with basil pesto, green beans, lemon gel

DESSERT: 
Chocolate bread and butter pudding with vanilla cream

FIRST COURSE:
Chicken liver pate with brandy, caramelized red onion, pickles, crusty bread

SECOND COURSE: 
Black pudding & scallops, mushy peas, baby leek, black sesame

MAIN COURSE: 
Pan fried seabass fillet, braised fennel, green beans, rucola pesto

DESSERT: 
Wild berries tiramisu

FIRST COURSE:
Seafood stew with Pernod, prawns, mussels, monkfish

SECOND COURSE: 
Calzone with buffalo mozzarella, roasted pepper, ham

MAIN COURSE: 
Grilled lamb 8 rack, marinated pepper with capers, raisins, almond

DESSERT: 
Meringue and passion fruit

NB! Karol’s classes are in english or russian.

All menus are priced per person including VAT 

3-course cooking class-lunch 75 eur (event until 16:30)
4-course cooking class-dinner 95 eur
(Group from 16 people and more -cooking class-dinner price 80eur if you’re also taking side-course)

Price inc­lu­des welco­ming drink, snacks on arrival, water, cof­fee, tea and room hire for 5 hours.

4-course Chef´s Table din­ner 70 eur
3-course Chef´s Table lunch 50 eur (event until 16:30)
(30 minute coo­king pre­sen­ta­tion from the chef & lunch/din­ner).
Price inc­lu­des welco­ming drink, water, cof­fee, tea and room hire for 5 hours.

It is pos­si­ble to order pri­vate din­ners and cook­ing classes for groups of less than 8 peo­ple con­sid­er­ing the min­i­mum bud­get for a pri­vate event is 350 eur for groups end­ing before 16:30, and 550 eur (in Novem­ber and Decem­ber 800 eur) for groups com­menc­ing after 17:00.

The prices do not inc­lude wines, other alcohol and soft drinks.
