Tere tule­mast Kööki!

I started cooking when I was 10 years old. Since then, my passion was growing year by year.

Over 12 years I was cooking, managing, developing young chefs for an Italian celebrity chef Antonio Carluccio across the UK. I was working for several years in London as development chef for Paramount group (Caffe uno, Bertorelli, Chez Gerard, Brasserie Gerard) and also Loch Fyne (seafood restaurants) in Covent Garden & Liverpool street.

I am very passionate about Italian, French and European cuisine. For me every food product can be converted into an amazing dish and thats what I love about cooking and what I wish to teach you.

Poached chicken & quinoa with green beans, prunes, nuts, green leaves

SECOND COURSE: 
Asian style tuna ceviche served on baby gem

MAIN COURSE: 
Poached smoked white fish, asparagus, broccoli, whole grain mustard sauce & poached egg

DESSERT: 
Avocado & chocolate mousse with roasted almond

FIRST COURSE:
Tiger prawns with garlic, chilli, tomato sauce served with home-made rosemary focaccia bread

SECOND COURSE: 
Linguine with basil pesto, cherry tomatoes & roasted chicken

MAIN COURSE: 
INVOLTINI DI MAIALE – Pork roll with smoked cheese wrapped with pancetta served with beer sauce, potato cake & garlic, baby vegetables

DESSERT: 
Salty lemon tart served with homemade vanilla ice cream

FIRST COURSE:
Trout carpione – roasted trout fillet with sweet & sour vegetables served with green leaves

SECOND COURSE: 
Home made raviolo with roasted pumpkin & truffle sauce

MAIN COURSE: 
Calves liver glazed with balsamic, roasted garlic & rosemary potatoes, red onion jam, green beans with mint

DESSERT: 
ZUCOTTO – Victorian sponge with brandy, chocolate cream, nuts & dry fruits served with woodlands fruit compote

Kõi­kide menüüde hin­nad on ühe küla­lise kohta (koos KM-ga):

3-käiguline koka­koo­l-lõunasöögina 75 eur (ürit­use lõpuaeg enne kl 16:30)
4-käiguline kokakool-õhtusöögina 95 eur
(soodushind 80 eur alates 16 in selt­skonna puhul, kui tel­li­takse juurde ka kõr­valpro­gramm)

4-käiguline Chef´s Table õhtu­söö­gina 70 eur
3-käiguline Chef´s Table lõu­na­söögina 50 eur (ürit­use lõpuaeg enne kl 16:30)

  • Chef’s Table õhtu- või lõunasöögile eelneb 30 minutiline toidu val­mis­ta­mise pre­sen­tat­sioon koka poolt, millest saab osa võtta kuni 2 külal­ist. Presentatsioonile järgneb õhtu– või lõunasöök.

Hin­nad sisal­davad ka ter­vi­tus­jooki, suupis­teid saabu­misel, vett, kohvi, teed ja ruumide renti kuni 5 tunniks.

Hin­da­dele lisan­du­vad kok­ka­mise ajal ja menüü juurde joo­da­vad veinid, muu alko­hol ning karastusjoogid.
